CLASS PASSES & PACKAGES
All class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable as soon as your purchase is final, without any exceptions. Please ensure that you have made sufficient considerations to your travel and work commitments, including your state of health (pre-existing medical conditions) and family planning before you make your purchase. There will not be any refunds or extensions given. All class passes must be utilised within the term of 8 weeks for which they were purchased, and will not roll over to the subsequent term.
If you were to develop a medical condition during the course of your package (e.g. a cold), please email us a valid doctor's letter (non-TCM). Considerations such as date of doctor's letter, number of weeks left to the end of the term, classes attended (committed classes are strictly non-extendable), and balance number of passes will be taken into account to grant any form of extensions, up to the discretion of the studio. All decisions are final.
MANAGING YOUR CLASS BOOKINGS
It is your responsibility to book and waitlist for your classes in advance via the Mindbody App. We do not hold bookings for you unless MVMT Studio has received full payment for your bookings. In order to ensure that you do not miss out on your confirmed slots (from waitlist), please enable your email notification in your mindbody account and also check your junk/spam box for your email notifications. It is your responsibility to check your waitlisted class and cancel them when you are no longer able to join the class. Your confirmed slot from waitlist will be forfeited if there is a no-show. Be mindful of your waitlisted classes: if you were to get a confirmed spot without balance passes left into your account, the last class booked with a valid pass will be released automatically to accommodate for the now-confirmed waitlisted class.
Do remember that skills taught in classes tend to be progressive in nature and it is best to attend classes (especially levelled ones) week to week, unless it is a casual class such as Flexibility (which is designed to complement your core training and can be attended on a drop-in basis).
For your own safety, only book into the class that you have the right pre-requisite for. You must not make up/waitlist for classes of a higher level than you currently are in. If you're unsure, consult the studio.
