Service Description

The focus of this flexibility class will be on developing flexibility for middle splits (or box splits). Particular attention will be given to adductors, abductors, calves and hamstrings. Build upon whatever flexibility you already have, whether you are a complete beginner or can already do a flat pancake stretch! You will get a good stretch relevant to your individual level.
