Service Description

Expand your chair dance vocabulary with this chair tricks class! Improve your core and lines as you pick up tricky manoeuvres on the chair. Open level but some degree of shoulder and core stability are required. You should also have basic inversion experience eg. Elbow stand. Attire: Leggings, socks optional
