Highly conditioning-based, this 4-week Pole Bootcamp Masterclass focuses on the Ayesha, one of the most advanced and desired achievements in pole. This course will focus on: - shoulder range of motion and stability - bicep and oblique activation - hip pikes / hamstring activation - strengthening the deltoids, trapezius, rhomboids, and latissimus dorsi to support the overall structure of the Ayesha Training weights will be used in this class. Pre-requisites: - Stable Butterfly without spotting (Extended Butterfly will be advantageous), and Jamilla - You do not need to have prior experience of the Ayesha to join this course - For students with some experience in executing the Ayesha, different grip variations might be introduced to take your practice further. *This is an exclusive masterclass that has to be purchased separately from your regular package to attend.
