POLE SPORT

This is a non-choreography, high conditioning and technique master class where you will learn new tricks and transitions every lesson while you work on both stamina and flexibility. Students are exposed to both static and spinny pole techniques and elements.

POLE'GRAPHY

This is a pole choreography class where you will learn a pole dance routine to a song over 4 weeks. Develop your endurance and explore flow movements as you combine tricks with transitions on and off the pole!

 

Explore varied pole dance genres and styles, while expanding your pole combo vocabulary. It is advisable to sign up for Pole Sport concurrently. Student must complete Pole Sport 2 to enrol in Pole'graphy Easy. Pole routines can either be static or spinny.

CONTEMPOLE

Combine the fluidity and grace of contemporary dance with the athleticism of pole. Explore artistic transitions on and off the pole - perfect for anyone who wishes to improve their flow body lines and transitions to develop better musicality, expression, and movement.

Routines can either be static or spinny. Students should complete Pole Sport 2 to enrol.​

MAN POLE SPORT

This is a non-choreography, high conditioning and technique master class where you will learn new tricks and transitions every lesson while you work on both stamina and flexibility. This is an expedited level class and prior fitness and strength training experience will be advantageous. Students are exposed to both static and spinny pole techniques and elements.

2 levels: Easy - Intermediate

SULTRY POLE

This is an open-level sultry pole dance choreography course. Learn a new routine every 2 weeks! Explore body rolls, waves and variations, including dynamic floor transitions as you learn how to move your body and legs intricately. A total strength and cardio session as you hit those accents! So let your hair down and put on your boots and set the dance floor on fire. 

Routines can either be static or spinny. Students should complete Pole Sport 2 to enrol.​
