POLE

LEVEL 1 

 

POLE SPORT 1

This is a beginner level, non-choreography class where you will learn new  tricks and transitions every lesson. Your body will be conditioned for higher-level techniques such as inversions while you work on both stamina and flexibility. For a more progressive and structured learning, it is advisable to sign up for the whole course (8 lessons).

LEVEL 2

 

POLE SPORT 2

This is a non-choreography, technique class where you will learn new tricks and transitions every lesson while you work on both stamina and flexibility. This class is suitable for those who are working on their climbs and spins as more advanced trick variations will be taught in this level. Build strength and confidence to get fully inverted in Pole Sport 3.

POLE'GRAPHY EASY

This is a choreography class where you will learn a pole dance routine to a song over 4 weeks. Develop your endurance and explore flow movements as you combine tricks with transitions on and off the pole! You should be familiar with our Pole Sport 1 & 2 syllabus and tricks. Explore varied pole dance genres and styles, while expanding your pole combo vocabulary. It is advisable to sign up for Pole Sport 3 concurrently.

Pre-requisites:

Completion of Pole Sport 1 & 2 / meet the fundamental trick requirements of both levels.

LEVEL 3

 

POLE SPORT 3

This is a non-choreography, technique class where you will learn new tricks and transitions every lesson while you work on both stamina and flexibility. This class is suitable for those who are comfortable with Pole Spins, and have basic understanding of inversions and Leg hangs (Level 2). This level will include grounded invert straddles and leg hangs, including tricks with lesser points of contact with the pole. Gain strength and confidence in this level as you progress to aerial inversions and shouldermounts in Pole Sport 4.

LEVEL 4

 

POLE SPORT 4

This is a non-choreography, technique class where you will learn new tricks and transitions every lesson while you work on both stamina and flexibility. This class includes aerial inversions and slightly more complex inverted tricks that demands more strength and control. 

Key Tricks In This Level:

  • Butterfly

  • Aerial Inverts & Leg hangs

  • Aerial Shouldermount

  • Brassmonkey

  • Assisted Ayesha

POLE'GRAPHY INTERMEDIATE

This is a choreography class where you will learn a pole dance routine to a song over 4 weeks. Develop your endurance and explore flow movements as you combine tricks with transitions on and off the pole! You should be familiar with our Pole Sport 3 & 4 syllabus and tricks. Explore varied pole dance genres and styles, while expanding your pole combo vocabulary. It is advisable to sign up for Pole Sport 5 concurrently.

Completion of Pole Sport 3 & 4 / meet the fundamental trick requirements of both levels.

LEVEL 5

 

POLE SPORT 5

This is a non-choreography, technique class where you will learn new tricks and transitions every lesson while you work on both stamina and flexibility. This class includes aerial inversions and slightly more complex inverted tricks that demands more strength and control.

OPEN LEVEL

 

POLE SPORT OPEN

This is a non-choreography, technique class where you will learn complex tricks and transitions every lesson. This class is the highest Pole Sport level which demands high level of strength, stamina, and flexibility.

 

You should be strong in your pole foundations and key tricks in prior levels such as aerial inverts and shouldermounts, and ayesha. You should also be comfortable in both spinny and static pole modes.

POLE'GRAPHY ADVANCED

This is a choreography class where you will learn a pole dance routine to a song over 4 weeks. Develop your endurance and explore flow movements as you combine tricks with transitions on and off the pole! You should be familiar with our Pole Sport 5 syllabus and tricks. Explore varied pole dance genres and styles, while expanding your pole combo vocabulary. It is advisable to sign up for Pole Sport Open concurrently to expand complex pole combo vocab, and build up stamina and endurance for strength and flexibility demanding tricks.

Pre-requisites:

Completion of Pole Sport 5 / meet the fundamental trick requirements of this level, and ideally enrol in Pole Sport Open concurrently.

EXOTIC POLE (Multi-Level)

 

This is an exotic pole dance choreography course. Learn a new routine every 2 weeks! Explore body rolls, waves and variations, including dynamic floor transitions as you learn how to move your body and legs intricately. A total strength and cardio session as you hit those accents! So let your hair down and put on your boots and set the dance floor on fire.

Pre-requisites:

  • This is a multi-level class. Some pole experience is needed (ideally Pole Sport 2 completers).

  • It is recommended for you to wear knee pads in this class.

  • Pole heels for the added fire!

SPINNY POLE COMBO (Multi-Level)

Do you love spinny pole? In this multi-level class, you will learn spinny pole techniques and combinations. Your instructor will provide slight variations to meet the overall pole ability of the class.

Pre-requisites:

  • You must be comfortable with pole inverts and leg hangs
