MAN POLE SPORT (Beginner-Intermediate)

Challenge your strength and mobility in our Man Pole Sport class! This class is for you if you enjoy the athletic nature of pole as it focuses on the trick and technique portion of pole dance. New and challenging pole moves are added every lesson while working on your strength and flexibility.
At the end of this 8-week course, you will:
- learn how to execute various pole climbs
- learn the fundamentals of inversions
- learn how to apply momentum and power in static pole spins
- execute mini combos combining various tricks taught in class that challenges your endurance and stamina
Suitable for absolute beginners without any form of fitness or dance background, or those with little pole sport experience.
Attire: Workout wear (tank top, fitting pair of shorts/pole shorts which must be way above knees, sweat towel). No jewellery such as rings, bracelets/anklets, dangling earrings and necklaces are allowed. Please do not apply body moisturiser.
Class Bookings: Decide on the number of passes to purchase here. Although the class allows drop in, it is recommended to attend classes weekly as it is progressive in nature, especially if this is your first time. You will require 8 passes to complete the full course.
