1. Are guys allowed to join classes?
Of course! We do not discriminate and everyone is welcome to enjoy the sport. Contrary to popular belief, Pole and Aerial Sport is neither a sissy sport, nor a sport reserved for women.
2. I'm weak, inflexible, and/or overweight. Can I still sign up?
Absolutely! Our unique syllabus is carefully paced to ensure that you are safely progressing in your training. We also have open level classes for you to try. Everyone is welcome to be part of the MVMT family regardless of age, gender, physical ability, and fitness level. Be amazed at what you can achieve at the end of class!
3. Must I wear revealing clothes in class?
Not at all! Wear what you feel most comfortable in.
However, we do have some guidelines for students to follow for certain classes. Drop us a note if you are unsure.
4. I'm still shy/my schedule doesn't match up. Do you offer private classes?
Yes we do! We offer private training sessions where you may share with 2 other friends. We also have a more affordable JAM+ package which takes place during jam slots at our studio.
5. How do I book classes?
You can book your class on Mindbody app (free download from Apple Store or Google Play). But first, you are required to create an account with us here. You can only book on-the-go when you have active (paid) class passes in your account.
We have a class cancellation policy of 8-hours where late cancellation/no show will result in a deduction of 1 class. Be sure to check our latest schedule on the app as we may have surprise mini term classes!
6. How do I make payment?
You can make payment either at the studio (Cash, PayNow or Paylah!) or via PayNow/Paylah! if you're not at the studio. Find out more here.
